Source: Endosperm of guar beans
Guar Seeds contain 3 parts:
1. Hull (outer skin) – removed as husk
2. Endosperm – rich in galactomannan (guar gum)
3. Germ (inner part) – used for cattle feed
| grade | galactomannan | viscosity | applications |

Guar seeds harvested and cleaned of impurities
Hull removed, endosperm (guar splits) separated from germ
Controlled water soaking for softening
Hydrated splits flaked and ground to desired mesh (40-300)
Material sieved for uniform fineness
Testing galactomannan content, viscosity, moisture, ash
Chemical modification for derivatives if required
Packed in 25kg/50kg bags or 1MT jumbo bags
